One of the most popular red-leaf cultivars. A bloodgood is bronze-purple foliage that turns to orange red in the fall. It can be planted in full sun or semi-shade areas. It grows upright in habit to the height of 15 to 20 feet. This striking Japanese tree span is 20 feet.
