‘Moonfire’ is an upright red. This cultivar is very heat tolerant and holds its color well all summer. The leaf has a sheen to it that gives the branches a beautiful appearance in the sun. ‘Moonfire’ leafs out with a brilliant deep maroon and its fall color is a bright fire engine red. The height of this tree can reach around 20 feet over time. ‘Moonfire’ is an excellent selection for anyone looking for an interesting red upright.
